Pharmaceutical Film Coating Machine (BGB-75C)
APPLICATION
BGB-C series high-efficiency film coating machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical and food industries. Featured mechatronics and conforming to the requirement of GMP, it is a high-efficiency, energy saving, safe and clean equipment for coating tablets, pills and candies with organic film, water soluble film, slow and controlled release film, sugar film etc.
PRINCIPLE
The tablet cores to be film coated make continuous complicated orbital motion within the closed rotating drum under the action of a streamline guide plate. During the motion, coating medium automatically sprays according to the technological process and rational technological parameters, at the same time hot air is supplied under a negative pressure. The hot air penetrates through the tablet core layers and is discharged from the bottom of the layers, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of tablet cores will dry rapidly and evenly, thus forming a solid and smooth surface film.
FEATURES
1. The control system consist of PLC and HMI, which design is reasonable, programming is flexibility to the requirement of GMP.
2. Under the action of the agitator of streamline guide plate type, the tablet cores are tumbling smoothly and exchanging frequently, thus eliminating the phenomenon of tablet cores to fall from a high plate and to collide solving the problems of broken pieces and chipped edge. The narrow surface of the guide plate eliminates the adhesion of coating material on its surface, thus saving the coating material and improving the quality of medicine.
3. The peristaltic pump with constant-pressure variable eliminates the need for a return pipe. The turning radius of the drum varies along with the pressure change. The output slurry and the quantity of slurry sprayed are balanced automatically, thereby stabilizing the effect of atomization, simplifying the spray system, preventing the spray gun from plugging-up, and saving the coating material, moreover the cleaning is simple, and there is no dead corner.
4. It adopts Japan Iwata spray gun. Atomization and large coverage of spraying. The universal adjustable spray head makes the cleaning mechanism of spray gun unaffected by charge quantity, so that film coating can proceed continuously, thus reducing the film coating time and saving film coating material.
5. Film coating machine has negative pressure inside the coating pan and the negative pressure will be displayed and controlled directly on the touch screen.
6. For display of the hot air supply fan speed and controlled directly on the touch screen.
7. For display temperature value and controlled directly on the touch screen
8. Preventing the pray gun from plugging up set function.
9. The memory and the print function.
10. The functions above that make the technical parameters display and controlled. So write the SOP operation and use the quantitative change to guide the operation ,thus guarantee the same quality of each batch of pharmaceuticals.and it fully conforms to the requirement of GMP.
