The BGB-D type film Coating Machine with CIP online cleaning system not only possess all the features and characteristics of theBGB-C type machine, but also have the following characteristics.
1.A number of nozzles equipped with different parts in the main machine can clean coating machine on-line.
2. The independent cleaning liquid booster distribution station is configured to make sure the pressure of cleaning liquid from every spray header get up to 0.6MPa and wash the filmcoating machine effectively.
3. Configured the cycle cleaning and drainage systems for the cleaning process to choose.
4. Under the control of the PLC, it can program a number of cleaning procedures.
5. Under the control of the PLC, it can dry the remanent water of each nozzle by compressed air.
6. Under the control of the PLC, it can implement fully automatic washing, drying process.

Working Principle:
The material to be coated make continuous complicated orbital motion the closed rotating
Drum under the action of a streamline of Baffles. During the motion coating medium
automatically sprays according to the technological process and rational technological
parameters, at the same time hot filtered air supplied under a negative pressure.
The hot air penetrates through the tablets core layers and is discharged from the bottom of
the layers, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the tablet cores will dry
rapidly and evenly, thus forming a solid and smooth surface film on tablet.
The whole process is finished under the automatic by PLC Controls with touch screen
Interface.
